The Royal Country Club New Activities for Junior and Adult
The Royal Country Club’s junior sports activities for 2012 have been carefully created to offer fun activities for children aged between 3 and 15 years. Mum & Tot swimming classes are offered for children aged 4 months and up.

Build your child’s self-esteem, confidence and grace through dance. Classes are offered for any children from complete beginners up to those at Grade I level. The price for 8 sessions is BD 32 for members, BD 40 for Riffa Views residents and BD 48 for non- members.

Ideal for babies aged 4 months up to 3 years and offer a fun way to improve baby’s water confidence and brain development. The relaxed style of these classes will encourage learning through play and the teacher will build upon these natural reflexes until your child is completely happy moving in and through the water. The price for 8 sessions is BD 32 for members, BD 40 for Riffa Views residents and BD 48 for non- members.

In a temperature-controlled pool have resumed after the Winter break. Children are divided into 3 to 5, 6 to 10 and 10+ year age groups. The price for 8 sessions is BD 32 for members, BD 40 for Riffa Views residents and BD 48 for non- members.

For ladies only and mixed classes for beginner as well as advance level. The price for 8 sessions is BD 32 for members, BD 40 for Riffa Views residents and BD 48 for non- members.
 Junior Taekwondo
Takes place twice a week on Sunday & Tuesday afternoons at 4.30pm. The price for a one month course is BD 40 for members and BD 48 for non- members.
Junior Boot Camp
A challenging class for girls and boys aimed at improving fitness, toning the muscles and controlling body fat. This class is a huge calorie burner and is guaranteed to make you sweat as the trainer takes you through a tough routine. The class runs through a range of exercises in a circuit. Take the challenge! The price for 1 sessions is BD 2 for members, BD 3 for Riffa Views residents and BD 4 for non- members.
NEW! Fitness A thon is take place every Saturday 0800 – 0930 at the outdoor grass area near the pool, it is a non stop 80 min outdoor work- out incorporating Spinning, circuit training, abs work out and Pilates, it is free for the member and RVIS staff, BD 04 for Non members

Children aged 2 years to 5 years old can enjoy a drop-off playschool in Riffa. Children will learn the alphabet, numbers, colours, shapes, nursery rhymes and so much more. They will also have fun in a dedicated room full of toys.
Open from Sunday to Thursday from 09:00am to 13:00pm. We are flexible for working parents. A pick up and drop off service is available for only BD10 per month (Riffa only).
